      Posters ALWAYS provide more fuel for the article (fire). Here is no exception.

      Hell no, I wouldn't give up my cellar full of food for gold, on the surface,but there are circumstances where I would. Its all about CHOICES,folks.

      Those of you who haven't EXPERIENCED a financial DEBACLE just have to live through THIS one. When you look back on it, you will see whether or not you made the RIGHT choices. It's a learning curve you must master.

      I have. I lost EVERYTHING in 2000-1. I trusted my broker, and was IGNORANT about my finances. I learned quickly the error of my ways, and did several months of intense reasearch and reading history. I came to the conclusion that OWNING PHYSICAL GOLD AND SILVER will keep me from experiencing another financial debacle. Not owning PAPER.

      So far, I see many of my friends, spending sleepless nights worrying about what is happening to their nest eggs. What I tell them is that its NOT TOO LATE,but it will be TOO LATE VERY SOON!

      BUY IT WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT--GOLD and SILVER! Then sit back and wait (a short while)!

      I am a hoarder of gold and silver bullion since 2002, with ZERO paper of each! I learned my lesson, losing my 6-figure retirement in 2000-2001 debacle.

      So, we have an ANONYMOUS writing this, right? Because I don't know any person named Dividend, Inc. What's your point? Do you have an axe to grind with those gentlemen mentioned in the article?

      Personallyl, I have MADE money in gold and silver. Of course, I wouldn't buy PAPER gold or silver...EVER! That lesson was learned the hard way.

      Your analysis is flawed for that reason, too. Physical gold HAS NOT BEEN A DISASTER as you indicate paper PMs have been.

      Save this article to republish, say, in Mar 2009, I suspect gold and silver will be well above their current prices.

      Also, I don't believe those gents you hammered in your article anticipated the GREEDY ELITIST BASTARDS would STEAL through MANIPULATION severely affecting the true price of PMs.

      To gold/silver buyers, BEWARE OF KITCO. Personally, I would prefer to buy from the guy on the corner that says, "Psst, hey buddy, wanna buy some gold/silver". I would canvas local coin shops, flea markets, etc, then go to ebay. I have had over 600 transactions with ONE bad experience, and Ebay refunded my $$$. That is a no brainer!
